These cute little flowers are designed to stick on your walls, to brighten up any room....or alternatively lay them on your table for table decorations (a spin on table confetti) for a special occassion. They are now available for purchase in my folksy shop.
With January nearing its end, I decided that I should turn my thoughts to February, and valentines day for this weeks Folksy Friday - so here are my favourite Folksy valentine cards and decorations.....
Ever wondered how to brighten up dull patches of earth that no one can get to? Or liven up abandoned or neglected patches of land.....well maybe this is for you. Seedbombing does just this...throw it, and let it grow. First recorded as being carried out in New York to make the neighbourhoods look better...it was the start of guerilla gardening, now used all over the world.
I found these great looking seedbombs on Folksy...so go check it out,and have yourself some fun.
Following on a little from my Folksy Friday last week, I came across some lovely shabby chic items, so I have decided to feature them today. I hope you enjoy x
I have been searching for inspiration to do up an old bureau that I own...which led to doing my folksy friday post this week. Whilst looking online I came across some gorgeous items, which I thought I would share with you.
There's some clever people out there. I'm not sure how my bureau will turn out, I've put it off and off, but it needs to be done....so seeing as its a new year I will get my act together!!
After a very relaxing christmas break, I thought it was time to feature a new folksy friday....but what to focus on? The start of a new year is often a time for 'out with the old, in with the new', but I thought perhaps its time for a change....so this week I am focusing on updating the old ....so here are a few of my upcycling finds on folksy from some clever people.
