Folksy Friday

It's taken me a month, but finally I have learnt a new skill - crochet.  After many attempts I can now crochet a granny square which is actually square and doesn't come out round!!!! I am certainly not a master of this craft so I thought today I would show off some lovely crochet from the folksy world. These are my top crochet folksy finds.....( and something for me to aspire to! )

Crocheted Pincushion from Merry Berry and the Little Panda

Bright and Jazzy Crochet Doily from Girly Bunches

Crochet Lavender Hearts from Baban Cat

Organic Cotton Crochet Blanket, also from Baban Cat

Crochet Granny Bunting from Baggaley Cottage Crochet

Custom Crochet Aviator Hat from Slugs on the Refrigerator

PDF Crochet Pattern from Hand Knitted Things

Granny Square Crochet Cushion from Nutty Crafts

It was very difficult to choose this week as there are so many gorgeous things on Folksy, so I hope you enjoyed these few x

  6. What a lovely baby!

My Grannie taught me to crochet many years ago. Sadly I don't do it any more - too much arthritis I'm afraid.

    The bunting looks great.
